Youth Makers Market Debuts at Made In Iowa Spring Market on March 15

Marion, IA – March 4, 2025 – Made In Iowa Market Series is pleased to announce the Youth Makers Market Pavilion at Made In Iowa Spring Market. The handmade shopping market takes place March 15, 2025 9am to 3pm at Lindale Mall’s old Younkers Store. The Youth Makers Market showcases talented young makers, bakers, and creators aged 18 and under, bringing fresh energy and innovation to the beloved statewide event which this month boasts 153 vendors from 68 Iowa towns.

The Youth Makers Market features an impressive lineup of young entrepreneurs who are turning their passions into thriving ventures. Attendees can shop from talented youth vendors like:

Accessorize & Treat Yourself – Handmade accessories, jewelry, and delightful treats.

Twice as Nice Crochet – Skillfully crafted crochet pieces with a personal touch.

Craft Me Out of Here – Imaginative, unique crafts perfect for gifting or decorating.

Poppy’s Gemporium – Eye-catching handcrafted jewelry and accessories.

Marzipan’s Creations – Art and crafts bursting with youthful passion.

The Rolling Prairie Pantry – Homemade goodies inspired by Iowa’s rural roots.

Luner – Innovative, one-of-a-kind designs showcasing bold creativity.

“These young vendors bring so much energy and passion to the market,” said Cynthia Freese, organizer of Made In Iowa. “We’re proud to provide a platform where they can develop their entrepreneurial skills, connect with the community, and share their incredible talents.”

In addition to celebrating local talent, the Made In Iowa Spring Market is giving back to the community. Twenty percent of all ticket proceeds will support the Marion American Legion, helping fund their efforts to serve veterans and strengthen the Marion area.
