The Made in Iowa Market is a premier indoor shopping event showcasing talented makers, bakers, crafters, and artists. We are looking for vendors offering high-quality, handmade goods, artisanal items, and other unique creations. Up to 150 vendors are expected. This is a juried event to ensure a diverse and exciting shopping experience for our visitors.

Application Process

  • Vendors are selected based on the quality, creativity, and presentation of their offerings.
  • Submit clear, high-quality photos of your products and booth setup.
  • New businesses are encouraged to apply—we love featuring fresh talent!

Categories Accepted

We welcome a wide variety of handmade, artisan, and crafted goods, as well as select market items that align with the spirit of the event. The focus is on originality and quality craftsmanship.

Bring your best: visually appealing displays, creative products, and a welcoming vibe for shoppers.

Important Details

  1. Application Deadline: February 10, 2025 (applications may be accepted on a rolling bases so apply early for your best chance)
  2. Booth Assignment: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as vendors register.
  3. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of reservation to secure your booth.

Note: Booth fees are non-refundable.

Vendor Space Options

Table space –  $50 – room for up to an 8 foot table and three chairs only (no furnishings are provided)
10×10 space – $100 – purchase multiple for a larger presence. Vendors may bring their own tables, chairs and other display furnishings that fit inside their space.
10×10 end cap space – $150 – Vendors may bring their own tables, chairs and other display furnishings that fit inside their space.
10×20 space – $200Vendors may bring their own tables, chairs and other display furnishings that fit inside their space.

Display options do not come with furniture. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and displays.

Set-Up Information for March 15th and May 3rd

Friday before the show, from 3 PM to 7 PM
Saturday, day of the show, from 7 AM to 8:30 AM
Vendors must be fully set up and ready by 8:45 AM day of the show.

Show hours 

Saturday, 9 AM -10AM is  VIP shopping for online ticket holders.
10-AM – 3PM  is  for  customers who pay at the door.
